 Shipping

  • Processing: 2–6 days (varies based on holidays & if items are made to order)

  • Post Office Runs: Tuesdays & Fridays

  • US Shipping:

    • 8.50 (over 1lb)

    • Free over $100.

  • International: Please email me to start an order. Due to tariffs and shipping regulations ability to ship varies. Cost of shipping will differ based on weight and location but we can give options on available pricing

  • Insurance: $100 included. Extra coverage? Request it at checkout! 

Once USPS or UPS has your package, delays/loss are their responsibility.

  • Lost Mail? Contact me ASAP so we can figure it out together and if you need assistance filing a report with the delivery service. If marked "delivered," check with USPS/UPS. No refunds can be given on my end if that occurs. Reminder additional insurance needs to be requested

  • Returned to Sender? You’ll need to repay shipping for resend/refund.

 

 Returns & Damages

  • No returns unless damaged due to shipping or my craftsmanship (except spoons, earrings, herbal blends, or minor selenite scratches).

  • Damaged item? Email hello@greenwitchmystics.com within 30 days (include photos!). Partial/full refund after inspection.

  • No reply = no refund. You have 30 days from item being delivered to request a refund/communicate with me. 

DIGITAL RETURNS:

If you are a coaching client you will receive a contract about the conditional times a refund may be given. On monthly packages I can not guarantee results. That is because I can not predict how hard an individual will be dedicated to the work. If you do the work, follow the guide and are honest as a client, you will learn and grow more than before starting the coaching. I can only guarantee: my work will be high quality, no AI, reliable and diverse information/resources, 100% of my effort to personalize and cater to your unique path, intensive coaching. Do not purchase coaching packages if you are not serious about developing your spiritual journey and want a quick fix.

 

 Cancellations

  • Contact me IMMEDIATELY to cancel. If it was shipped before contacting me, no refunds can be provided until you cover return shipping and items are returned.

  • Respect my time: Hand-packaged orders take time and effort. Last-minute cancellations hurt other customers
