This 60 minute Zoom call will focus on creating clarity, structure, and/or guidance for whatever specific goal you have in mind around your spiritual practice with personalized and focused coaching. Together we will:

• Define your values and morals so they align your spiritual routine
• Hash out insightful and maybe difficult introspective questions 
• Personalized homework and resources to learn more 
• Additional questions and curiosities you may have
